A compassionate way to explore beneath the thoughts you have looped on repeat, the behaviours you keep acting out, and get to the root cause of your internal psyche, the relationships between the parts, and accessing Self-Energy, the inbuilt healing mechanism we all have. By finding and giving voice to your parts truths, we can support them to transform into new roles that support us constructively, while meeting their needs so we don't self-sabotage.

Each of us may have relationship ruptures, disconnects or disturbances that leave us feeling deep loneliness, anxiousness in our relationships or lead us to live out patterns that either disrupt relationships we want, or make it hard for us to put in protective boundaries which we have permission to do as adults. Therapy provides you with attunement, emotional validation, corrective relational experiences which will help your repair, rewire and rewrite your internal working models so you can enjoy trust, empathy and a secure attachment over time.
