Most personal growth happens in private. But many of our deepest patterns only appear in relationship:
The urge to please, withdraw, perform, rescue, defend,
disappear, explain, impress, or stay silent.
The Experiential Co-Lab is a small, facilitated group experience for people who want to understand these patterns live — gently, honestly, and in connection with others. This isn't a training course, or a networking group.
I don't teach you but you will learn..It's a place to ... experience yourself differently with others.
Places are intentionally limited so the group can remain personal, safe-enough, and relationally meaningful.
You can understand yourself alone.
But you discover yourself in relationship.
What is an Experiential Co-Lab?
An Experiential Co-Lab is a small, facilitated group where we use the live experience of being together as the material for growth.
Instead of simply discussing concepts, we slow down and notice:
-
What happens in me when I am seen?
-
What do I assume others are thinking?
-
Where do I hold back?
-
Where do I over-give?
-
What part of me takes charge?
-
What part of me disappears?
-
What happens when I speak more honestly?
-
What happens when I let someone affect me?
The Co-Lab draws from the tradition of T-groups, encounter groups, group analysis, IFS-informed healing circles, attachment theory, object relations, interpersonal neurobiology, and group psychotherapy.
In plain English...
We create a structured, facilitated space
where people can practise being more honest, present,
boundaried, compassionate, and real with others.
You may be a good fit if you:
-
feel confident in some areas of life but guarded in others
-
sense that your patterns show up most strongly with people
-
want more depth than ordinary self-development spaces offer
-
are tired of performing, pleasing, rescuing, or disappearing
-
want to become more skilful in groups, teams, relationships, or leadership
-
are willing to be curious about your own impact on others
-
can respect confidentiality, difference, and emotional safety
-
want growth that is honest, relational, and embodied — not performative
This is not about being “fixed.” It is about becoming more able to stay connected to yourself while in contact with others.

What makes it different
This is not simply a talking circle.
A talking circle can be beautiful. But the Co-Lab is more active than that. We are not only sharing stories.
We are noticing process.
This may not be the right space if…
-
You want advice, coaching tips, or quick strategies only
-
you are currently in acute crisis
-
you need intensive trauma treatment as your primary support
-
you are unable to respect confidentiality
-
you want to analyse others but avoid looking at your own patterns
-
you are looking for a purely intellectual learning group
-
you are not willing to be impacted by other people’s experiences
This is a growth space, not a replacement for individual therapy, crisis support, or specialist mental health care.
What you may develop...
Participants often come to spaces like this to develop:
-
more self-awareness in relationship
-
greater capacity to speak honestly
-
less automatic people-pleasing or withdrawal
-
clearer boundaries
-
more tolerance for being seen
-
better ability to give and receive feedback
-
greater compassion for protective parts
-
more confidence in groups and teams
-
deeper emotional presence
-
a stronger sense of inner steadiness with others
The aim is not perfection.
The aim is to become more able to notice yourself, choose differently, and stay in contact.
